Wild in The Street opens its doors to welcome a special Sunday Long Lunch service in collaboration with one of our favourite producers, Dylan Arvidson of LS Merchants, Margaret River.

Born in New Zealand and raised in Geelong, Dylan moved to Margaret River in 2009 and realised early on that his passion lay in finding obscure varieties of fruit not typically well known in the region.  Throwing away the text books and working on flavours rather than analysis, Dylan takes winemaking back to basics. LS Merchants is about having fun, having a dinner party here and there and not taking themselves too seriously.

Join us for a monumental 5 course degustation and wash away your sins with this unholy experience between the team at Wild in The Street and the people behind LS Merchants. This blasphemous journey through 5 delicious courses curated by our head Chef Paula Galvez, matched carefully with 5 of Margaret River's finest drops whilst hearing all about the stories from the LS grape vines.
