We’re excited to announce the latest of our Long Lunch Series, with our good friends Chouette.

Wild in the Street will be opening its gates for a delicious 4-course long lunch prepared by our very own flavour Queen Paula Galvez, who has carefully matched each course with the amazing wine from Swan Valley's Chouette. A date that will absolutely take you on a joyous journey of the pallee that will tantalise the taste buds!

If like us, you’ve fallen in love with the range from Chouette, then this is the lunch for you. Meet Head Winemaker, Tom Daniel, who is the man behind the recently revamped Swan Valley winery making huge in-roads across the WA industry and finding home in the regions top venues. Through developing his own unique style of bright, textural & vibrant wines, Tom is a second generation winemaker and makes the juice at his family operation in the Swan Valley to highlight the potential of fruit from this region. He uses natural ferments, & minimal intervention principles giving Chouette wines it's huge personality and life.

A true collaboration of flavour, within an intimate setting where we will showcase the best of what WA has to offer.
